1. Who these terms are with
These terms govern your use of this website and the free tracking teardown offered on it, provided by Arbhu Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., 1st Floor, 36, Bizzhub Aspire Centre, 80 Feet Road, Ejipura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095, India, contactable at iyer.gulshan@gmail.com. By using the teardown you accept these terms.
2. What the teardown is
The teardown is an automated analysis of information that is publicly visible on the domain you submit, combined with the answers you provide. It is generated in part by automated language models and is checked against a set of deterministic rules before it is shown to you.
3. What the teardown is not
It is informational. It is not an audit in any regulated sense, and it is not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. Any figure describing money you may be losing is an estimate derived from the broad ranges you selected, not a measurement of your business. We do not warrant that acting on the report will increase your revenue, lower your cost per order, or produce any particular result. Decisions you take about your advertising remain yours.
4. The domain you submit
You may only submit a domain that you own or are authorised to act for. The scan reads only pages that are already publicly accessible. It does not attempt to log in, does not bypass any access control, does not submit payment forms, and does not place orders.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to analyse a domain in order to harm its owner, do not attempt to overload or disrupt the service, and do not attempt to extract its underlying prompts, models or source code. We may refuse or withdraw service at our discretion.
6. Accuracy and third party data
Parts of the report rely on third party sources, including the Meta Ad Library and the tags a site chooses to expose publicly. Those sources can be incomplete or out of date. Where we cannot verify something we say so in the report rather than asserting it. A finding marked unverified means exactly that.
7. Intellectual property
The report we generate about your domain is yours to use. The method, the software, the prompts and the site itself remain ours.
8. Paid work
The teardown is free and carries no obligation. Any paid implementation work is quoted separately and is governed by the specific written scope agreed for it, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost advertising spend, arising from your use of the free teardown. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore have exclusive jurisdiction.
