1. Who we are
This site is operated by Arbhu Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., referred to here as “we” and “us”, at 1st Floor, 36, Bizzhub Aspire Centre, 80 Feet Road, Ejipura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095, India. You can reach us at iyer.gulshan@gmail.com. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the data fiduciary for the personal data described below.
2. What we collect
When you run a free tracking teardown we collect:
- The domain you enter, and publicly available technical information about that domain, such as the ecommerce platform, theme, and the analytics and advertising tags present on its public pages.
- The answers you give in the question ladder, which are broad ranges rather than exact figures: monthly ad spend band, cash on delivery share, monthly order band, and your stated intent.
- Your contact details, if and only if you choose to submit the form: name, email address and phone number.
- Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, and cookie identifiers.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, bank details, government identifiers, or login credentials to any of your advertising or analytics accounts. Never send us those.
3. Why we use it
To generate and show you the teardown report, to contact you about it, to measure which of our own marketing brought you here, and to improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors, each for one job:
- Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement. Your email address and phone number, if you gave them, are irreversibly hashed with SHA256 in your own browser before they are sent. We never transmit your email or phone to Meta in readable form. Meta also receives your IP address and user agent, which it uses to match the event to an account.
- Google Analytics, for aggregate usage measurement.
- Railway, which hosts the service that runs the scan and writes the report.
- OpenRouter, and through it the model providers that write and verify the report text. These calls run with zero data retention enabled, meaning the providers are contractually prevented from storing the content of the request.
- Apify, to read publicly available advertisements from the Meta Ad Library for the domain you entered.
We will also disclose data where we are legally required to.
5. Cookies
This site sets first party cookies for analytics, and Meta sets the _fbp cookie and reads the fbclid parameter to attribute advertising. You can block or delete these in your browser. Blocking them does not stop the teardown from working.
6. How long we keep it
Contact details submitted through the form are retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which they are deleted. Aggregate and anonymised measurement data may be kept longer, since it can no longer identify you.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, and withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to iyer.gulshan@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
