1. The teardown is free
The tracking teardown offered on this site costs nothing. No payment is taken, no payment details are collected, and no card is stored. There is therefore nothing to refund and nothing to return in respect of it.
2. Paid implementation work
Where we carry out paid implementation work, it is quoted individually and confirmed in writing before it begins. Payment terms, milestones, cancellation rights and any guarantee are set out in that written scope, which governs the engagement. If a written scope and this page ever conflict, the written scope applies. Where a written scope is silent on cancellation, either side may end the engagement on written notice, and you pay only for work already delivered up to that point.
3. No physical goods
We do not sell or ship physical products through this site, so no return, replacement or shipping policy applies.
